By creating an account or using TribeCove, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information.
Community rules — zero tolerance for objectionable content
TribeCove has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share, or send content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes others' rights, and not to impersonate others or spam. This applies to all content including messages, photos, files, voice notes, tribe names, charters, and flags.
Reporting, blocking & enforcement
- You can report any message, user, or tribe, and block any user, from within the app.
- We review reports and act on violating content or users — typically within 24 hours — including removing content and suspending or removing accounts.
- Blocked users can't interact with you, and their messages are hidden from you.
Your content
You own the content you create. You grant TribeCove the limited rights needed to store and display it to your tribe members so the service works. You're responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
Groups govern themselves
Tribes set their own charters, rules, votes, and funds. TribeCove provides the tools but is not a party to, and not responsible for, decisions, funds, events, or agreements between members. Any money a tribe tracks in its fund is arranged and settled between members off-platform; TribeCove does not process payments.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it; no illegal activity; no automated abuse.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TribeCove is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; when we do, you'll be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the app. Questions: support@tribecove.com.
